Ty has been a realtor with Valley Pacific Realty for the past 13 years, he has developed a passion for the business, concentrating on a strong marketing & branding campaign. Growing up, Ty watched his father help people buy and sell homes, and also saw the love Dan had for this business. He knew early on that these were the footsteps he would love to follow, and since graduating high school, he has not looked back. Ty has achieved the Medallion Award Status for Top Sales Achievements in the Fraser Valley Board the past 8 years in a row. He started growing his business by concentrating on smaller condos, and soon was nicknamed the “Condo King” by many of his peers and friends.
